STORY
Mexiquito's started its business in a small town of Fairhope, AL in 2011 as Cristina's Catering and Cafe. Here is where Cristina learned to share here God given talent of cooking, not just to her friends and family, but to everyone who wanted to experience the fusion of Peru and all of south and central America. As Cristina became popular with the locals, word started to spread and soon Cristina was a hit. After three and a half years of success, Cristina made a hard decision to follow her heart and move to Georgia with her soon to be and his new career. So, in autumn of 2014 Cristina set off to a new chapter of her life. With time on her hands Cristina started to find ways to reach and share her talent in Northwest Georgia and was fortunate to find another small quaint town in to which is now our famous Mexiquitos Spanish and American buffet.

Jesus and Cristina has worked side be side since the birth of Cristina's Catering and Cafe. Through the struggles of being a small business, they were able to succeed in winning the hearts of the people thru the stomachs. With Cristina's fusion of foods, and Jesus ingenuity in business, both were able to compliment each other, and build a wonderful business based on the Faith in God, Love of family, and dedication to the family business.
